Flamma Automotiva, a unit of the Aethra Group in Pouso Alegre-MG, is officially certified with Q1, Ford's Quality One.

The Q1 status granted by the automaker recognizes Flamma as a high technical standard supplier for quality, production and delivery of products. The certification is considered not only by Ford, but also by the elite of the world auto industry, indicating the high level of qualification of employees, products and technologies developed by Flamma.

With the certification confirmed, Flamma Automotiva can provide its products and services to any Ford subsidiary in the world, as well as having priority for the development of new businesses.

Currently, Flamma produces the following products and services for Ford - being the only auto parts in the world to provide to the automaker truck cabins painted in the final color:

- Staped and welded sets for F Series family
- Painted cabins and painted subassemblies for Cargo line HL3
- Painted cabs for Cargo line H534 / H566

The Aethra Group also has Q1 Ford in its certification role, being among the main suppliers of the company. In addition to the products and services developed at Flamma, Aethra produces for Ford fuel systems, welded assemblies, bumpers and others components for the KA, KA +, Fiesta and the newest EcoSport models. The partnership between Aethra and Ford has been sealed since 1996, having also resulted in the production of parts for models like F250 and Escort.
